This form should only be used to appeal against assessment decisions. You should first appeal to your assessor through the ticket system. Ensure you fully let your assessor know you are appealing. You can only appeal against assessment decisions, which have been made within the last 14 working days. You need to complete all questions below to kick-start our appeals procedure. We will respond to you within 5 working days to acknowledge your appeal. Your appeal will be addressed within 10 working days from the date when we first receive it
