To successfully complete your course you need to meet all course requirements, which include meeting learning outcomes and the assessment criteria. You also need to bear in mind; you have enrolled on a regulated qualification, which has guidelines regarding contact time (guided learning) and the estimated duration (total qualification time).
First Stage
Please change your password to something more secure using the link located under “Account”.

Second Stage
Please familiarise yourself with our policies and procedures mainly regarding our privacy, extenuating circumstances, equality, health and safety, appeals and complaints procedures. Information regarding these key policies and procedures is provided as part of the induction course which you can access from the home page. You can also read about these policies and procedures by accessing the ” Help Info” link above which is part of the navigation menu.

Third Stage
The third stage requires you to check everything is fine and you have access to your course. Please check you have access to your course. You should be able to see your course title under the “Courses Section” on the home page. Please click on “See more” to fully access your course. An example is provided below to show you how this might look like.

If you do not see any course/s displayed it means you have either not been allocated one or your course access has expired. If it has expired, please apply for reinstatement or an extension by following the guidance published under “Help Info”, which you can access under the navigation menu. If you are yet to be allocated a course, please contact our centre support team (contact@etutor.org.uk).
All resources including coursework are located on the right hand side once you click ‘ See more…’ to access your course’. Depending on the number of unitsnyou will be completing the course navagation menu might be made up of several pages. Please scrow down at the bottom in order to access all parts of the menu.
Fourth Stage
The fourth task is to access and respond to your enrolment emails. You would have received an email regarding your ‘Basic Assessment’, ‘Learning Agreement’ and ‘ Service Level Agreement’.
You can find links for all the three forms you need to complete by accessing them under your course below “Ground Rules” as indicated below.
Assessor Email
There is also usually another email from your assessor asking for an initial meeting. Please give at least three to five dates and times when you are free. The more dates and times the better. Inductions are compulsory for all our courses and form the basis of your assessment planning. This is where you can discuss your needs, assessments opportunities, prior learning, and course requirements. You need to have internet access during the induction and meeting.
Fifth Stage
You need to fully participate in the assessment process, by completing all your coursework. Please refer to the coursework area for a recap of our ground rules and generic assessment plan which outlines the steps you need to take in order to achieve your qualification. You should be able to access all coursework templates and your tasks on this page.
Please also refer to the coursework exemplar for additional guidance regarding how to address course tasks. If your course does not have a coursework exemplar please refer to the unit topics for guidance regarding each learning outcome.
