Your Progress
[_course_progress]
The quality cycle involves auditing your systems in place to ensure they are working and fit for purpose. This is not just about looking for problems but to improve or at least maintain standards if everything is working well.
The process will involve gathering feedback from a number of stakeholders such as learners and employers and then using this information to modify services. For example, if learners feedback that they prefer more classroom time compared to online study, you as the quality assurer you facilitate more contact time within the classroom.
You should not take quality assurances activities as tokenism and should instead use the data available to ensure you are progressive, learner-centered and flexible. You cloud also use the power of self-reflection as part of your quality cycle. This will be discussed during the next topic.
